This is simply a note to compliment you and your ads. They get to the point. The two questions that are most important are answered at a glance. Nothing else matters until the price and location are settled.
When I read through a real estate ad and neither of these are mentioned, I feel like my face has been slapped. (This is a hobby of mine.)
About 10 year ago, when Williams Trew in Ft Worth, started this type of ad, I thought it was great. I mentioned it to my local agent but she worked for a co. and could not change their customs.
